Standard shipping and order processing days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us within 3hrs of placing your order.

If your order has already left our facilities. In this case, we advise you to request Return To Sender through shipping carrier once you receive the package. Return to Sender on the unopened package you receive and leave it for your shipping carrier to pick up and deliver back to our facilities.

Once we received your unopened return product(s), we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping fees included at the original time of purchase are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation once credit has been issued.

Once an order leaves our facilities, the address cannot be modified. Please make sure the correct shipping address is inputted before placing an order.

For this case where an order with an incorrect address is shipped, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and request to redirect the package to the correct shipping address or hold the package at their facilities for a pickup.

For product(s) purchased through any third party sellers, please contact the seller directly and they will be able to assist you accordingly.

Warranty only covers authorised resellers on Amazon: US; ‘LAUT USA LLC’, Europe; ‘PICOM’, Japan; ‘ITSUWA SHOJI’.
